What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, the division you'd like to reach, and your message. A phone number is optional and only collected if you choose to give it.

Like most websites, this one also uses Google Analytics to understand how it's used - which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. This is aggregate, not tied to your name or contact details unless you separately submit them through the form.

How we use it

Enquiries submitted through the form are sent by email to the two Lincor Holdings directors responsible for handling them, so they can reply to you directly. Nothing submitted through the form is stored in a database on our end - it exists as a single email, sent once, to those two people.

Who it's shared with

We don't sell your information or add it to a marketing list. It's shared only with the services needed to run the form and the site:

Resend delivers the email itself. Cloudflare checks that a submission comes from a real visitor rather than an automated script, as part of which it processes some technical information about your browser and connection - see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for that piece specifically. Google Analytics provides the site usage statistics mentioned above.
